Return & Refunds

Return Eligibility:
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Opened tech gear or used fishing equipment (unless defective)

Return Process:
To initiate a return, email us  with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email and process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges:
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
